Q: Where are your servers located?

We use premium cloud hosting with servers strategically located for optimal performance. This provides excellent speed for your visitors while serving international traffic well. We also include CDN (Content Delivery Network) on Professional and Enterprise plans for global speed.

Q: What happens if my site goes down?

Our uptime monitoring checks your site every 60 seconds. If an issue is detected, our team is automatically alerted and works to resolve it immediately, often before you even notice. Most issues are resolved within hours. If your site is hacked or corrupted, we can restore from our daily backups quickly.

Q: Can I cancel my Sitecare plan?

Yes, our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel, and we'll help you migrate your site to your preferred hosting provider if needed. We believe you should stay because our service is excellent, not because you're locked in.

Q: Do you handle WordPress plugin updates?

Yes! We handle all updates including WordPress core, plugins, and themes. On Professional and Enterprise plans, we test updates on a staging environment first to ensure they don't break anything before pushing to your live site. This prevents the common problem of updates causing site issues.

Q: What does the development time include?

Your monthly development hours can be used for small updates, content changes, bug fixes, minor feature additions, or consulting time. Essential includes 1 hour, Professional includes 3 hours, and Enterprise includes custom hours based on your needs. Unused hours don't roll over, but you can purchase additional hours as needed.
