The Challenge
Swish Property Services is an exterior cleaning company offering housewash, roof treatments, water blasting, and gutter cleaning across New Zealand suburbs, competing against a flood of owner-operator pressure washers who undercut on price but have no online presence.
They had 100+ 5-star Google reviews and strong word-of-mouth, but their old website was cluttered, slow on mobile, and did a poor job of separating their commercial service offerings from one-off residential jobs. Homeowners searching 'house washing near me' were seeing a site that looked less professional than the service actually delivered.
That mismatch was costing quotes at the exact moment prospects were ready to book.
Our Solution
We delivered a fresh, conversion-focused redesign built around their review wall and before-and-after imagery, so the social proof does the selling within the first scroll.
Services were broken into dedicated pages with pricing guidance, FAQs, and quote forms tailored to each job type: softwash, roof moss treatment, water blasting, and gutter vacuuming. On-page SEO was rebuilt with local keyword targeting, proper heading structure, and Service schema, while page speed was optimised by compressing images and stripping out legacy plugins.
The new site matches the premium positioning of the actual service and converts a much higher share of visitors into quote requests.
