The Challenge
Parata is a civil construction and maintenance operator running projects across Gisborne East Coast and Northland, covering road construction, civil maintenance, traffic management, and forestry infrastructure.
Council and forestry procurement teams reviewing tenders expect a credibility signal from contractor websites that matches the scale of the projects on offer, and Parata's legacy site positioned them as a small regional operator rather than the "Local Knowledge, Lasting Results" trans-regional team they actually are.
Our Solution
We built an Astro site with a cinematic video hero, a bold typographic language ("LOCAL KNOWLEDGE, LASTING RESULTS"), and a service architecture that separates civil construction, civil maintenance, traffic management, and forestry into dedicated pages with their own case studies.
Safety-first messaging runs as a through-line on every page, reflecting the "zero harm" commitment procurement teams screen for. Content is structured for both tender qualification reads and early-stage client research.
