Fundmaster, a mortgage advisory firm specialising in first home buyers, was losing time on discovery calls with prospects who had no deposit, no KiwiSaver balance, and no real understanding of the buying process.

Their existing enquiry form pulled in curious browsers who evaporated the moment an advisor asked about income or savings, and their cost per booked consultation was creeping into unsustainable territory. They needed a way to educate and pre-qualify buyers earlier in the journey so advisors only spoke to people with genuine intent and the financial readiness to actually secure finance within 90 days.

Our Solution

We designed a conversion-optimised landing page offering a comprehensive First Home Buyer Guide as the lead magnet, then paired it with Meta ad creative featuring real buyer stories and clear KiwiSaver, deposit, and LVR explainers.

Leads flowed into a segmented nurture sequence that delivered the guide instantly, followed by a five-email journey covering deposit strategy, pre-approval timelines, and common pitfalls, with embedded consultation booking links.
