This eCommerce brand had a clean 4× plus ROAS on small-budget retargeting but had never managed to scale top-of-funnel acquisition profitably, which is the wall most DTC brands hit around the $50 per day mark.
Previous attempts to push cold traffic spend higher had seen ROAS collapse toward break-even inside a week as the algorithm burned through high-intent pockets and started paying for low-quality reach. The brief was a genuinely sustainable acquisition engine, one that could run $80 plus per day on cold prospecting without gutting returns, generating net-new customers the retargeting layer could then convert further down the funnel.

Our Solution
We rebuilt the acquisition engine around Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns running at $81.
37 per day average, paired with a parallel manual CBO prospecting campaign using 1% and 3% lookalikes seeded from purchaser value via the Conversions API. Creative velocity was the core scaling mechanism, we ran 6 to 8 fresh assets per fortnight across static product shots, UGC video testimonials, and problem-solution demos, killing underperformers on a 72-hour CTR and ROAS read.
Retargeting ran as a dedicated campaign on Add to Cart and Product View custom audiences with a native Shop Pay checkout flow. Over the engagement we delivered 604 purchases, $34,668 revenue, and a 4.
