The Challenge
Christmas is a compressed, high-pressure window for eCommerce where CPMs climb week on week, delivery cutoff dates create hard deadlines, and every brand is fighting for the same gift-shopper attention across Meta feeds.
Our client needed to push serious volume through December while holding a profitable ROAS, a difficult balancing act when rising auction costs typically squeeze margins to breaking point. They also had a genuinely giftable product range that had never been positioned as gifts in ad creative, which meant untapped upside if the messaging pivot could be executed well.
The campaign had to convert quickly, shipping deadlines meant every lost day of learning phase was a lost day of revenue.
Our Solution
We deployed a conversion-maximisation Meta Ads campaign on a $150 per day budget structured for speed and scale inside the holiday window.
Prospecting ran on broad Advantage+ Shopping campaigns seeded with high-intent purchase signals, paired with lookalikes built from the past 180 days of purchaser data through the Conversions API. Creative pivoted every product into gift positioning with "gifts for her", "gifts under $50", and "stocking stuffers" angles, backed by countdown messaging tied to Shopify shipping cutoffs.
Landing pages were dedicated Christmas gift collections with gift messaging and wrap options enabled at checkout. The campaign closed at 3.
