The Challenge

The Cookie Collective is a premium gourmet cookie e-commerce brand competing in a crowded food gifting space dominated by supermarket brands and well-funded DTC players.

Their Meta ads had plateaued at around 3x ROAS, margins were being squeezed by rising CPMs during peak gifting seasons, and their creative had gone stale with the same lifestyle shots running for months. They needed to scale revenue without blowing up unit economics, which meant sharper audience segmentation, a fresh creative engine, and a proper full-funnel structure that captured demand at every stage from cold awareness to abandoned checkout.

Our Solution

We overhauled the Meta Ads account with a tiered campaign structure separating prospecting, engaged audience retargeting, and cart abandonment into distinct budgets with separate creative tracks.

Advantage+ Shopping campaigns handled broad prospecting with 15 creative variants per launch including UGC unboxing clips, recipe close-ups, and gifting-occasion stories, while dynamic product ads retargeted viewers with the exact cookies they browsed. We integrated Meta CAPI for server-side conversion tracking, built lookalike audiences from high-LTV customers, and ran weekly creative refreshes to combat fatigue.
