The Challenge
A T Realty Ray White is South Auckland's largest real estate group and REINZ Agency of the Year 2024-2025, operating four offices across Manukau, Manurewa, Māngere, and Māngere Bridge with over 100 agents on the roster.
The existing Ray White corporate microsite offered no way to differentiate the group's local market dominance, surface their agent roster, or drive appraisal requests to the right office. Sellers researching agents were landing on generic national pages instead of seeing the award credentials, recent auction results, and team depth that actually win listings in this market.
The group needed a dedicated brand site that could sit alongside the Ray White network while acting as a local lead engine.
Our Solution
We built a high-performance marketing site that leads with the REINZ Agency of the Year credential, recent auction clearance rates, and a searchable agent directory segmented by office location.
Property listings sync directly from the Ray White feed so stock stays current without manual updates, and each office has its own landing page with geo-targeted copy and location-specific appraisal forms. The design uses the Ray White yellow sparingly against a clean white and charcoal palette to signal premium positioning, and CTAs are tuned to the two audiences that matter: vendors requesting an appraisal and buyers booking a viewing.
Schema markup for RealEstateAgent and Place was added for each office to capture local map pack visibility.
